In the last few weeks the idea of acceptance has come up a lot in both my private practice, and in this last cycle of Phase In.  “How do I live with what I know? What do I do with this information?” My advice has been to treat it like gravity.

We all understand that gravity exists. We know it’s the reason we are able to stand on the ground, and not on the ceiling; it’s the reason my computer stays on my desk. We rely on gravity to do it’s thing, and yet we don’t ever talk about it. In fact, I don’t even really remember learning about gravity in school; it feels like information I’ve just always known about. And, I’ve never said to a friend, “Whoa the gravity is harsh today,” lol… We simply accept that gravity exists, and we go about our days.

Often when you become aware of something about you, or your experience, it can overwhelm you. Humanity has a tendency to allow new information to turn everything in your world on it’s head: up is down, right is left, night is day. The truth of the matter is that whatever you have become aware of has likely been true for some time. Much like gravity, it has existed without acknowledgement or discussion. So why does your new-found awareness change anything?

Acceptance means being aware of things as they are, and continuing on with your day. Part of shifting into a 5-D consciousness means leaving the requirement to process, internalize and calibrate experiences behind. We can continue to invest in the old paradigm’s ideology but really: that’s just so much work, and we wind up trapped in a cycle of pain, anger and frustration.

Allow what is to simply be what it is. Which allows you to gracefully be who you are: a holy and divine child of the Creator.
